Suggested mindful moments largely range from five to ten minutes per day. If a particular day's offering doesn't fit your mood, there is no harm in checking out a different day for an easy alternative.

Each day, click on the icon button with the date. You will automatically be forwarded to the "mindful moment" of the day. Directions and a list of all suggested items you will need (common, inexpensive items from around your home) are delivered in the email that will also include your calendar download!
